Fill them with your favourite veggies or add chicken, chorizo, or Quorn and serve with some tortilla chips.INGREDIENTS METHOD 4 flour tortilla wraps1.Prepare and slice the fillings e.g. peppers,S A L L I D A I U E Q N A C X S E M 150g cheese e.g.mushroom, onions. Mozzarella, Cheddar,2.Grate the cheese and tidy away after Edam, Gruyereingredient preparation.3 fillings of your choice 3.Heat a frying pan to a medium heat. Place e.g. sliced red pepper,a tortilla wrap in the pan and add grated sweetcorn, mushrooms,cheese and a selection of toppings. Cook onions, sliced ham, tuna,for 2-3 minutes on a medium heat untilcooked chicken, chorizo,the cheese has melted, and the fillingsQuorn, olives, sun driedare heated through thoroughly. tomatoes4.Add another tortilla on top of the filling like a sandwich, turn over carefully and cook Optional extras:for a further 2-3 minutes until thoroughlyDips, salads or relishescooked.
