b'Fruit MUFFINSMAKES 12 MUFFINSONE LESSONMy all-time favourite has just got to be combining juicy raspberries with delicious white chocolate to form the perfect partnership when baking these amazingly easy-to-make muffins.VINGREDIENTS METHOD 250g self-raising flour 1.Pre-heat oven to 180C/gas mark 4. 2 teaspoons of baking2.Place the muffin cases into the muffin tin.powder 3.Use an electric whisk to mix the self-raisingS N I F F U M T I U R F 150ml milk flour, baking powder, milk, egg, butter1 large eggand sugar to make a smooth batter. Add85g of butter or spread chocolate chips if you are using them,150g caster Sugar reserving a few for decoration. Lemon juice 4.Add fruit of choice and carefully fold the mixture together. Do not over beat. Select fruit of your choice:5. Divide the mixture evenly between the2 large or 3 small muffin cases using 2 spoons.bananas 6. Sprinkle the seeds, oats or chocolate chips200g blueberries,on top and bake for 20-25 minutes, until raspberries or golden brown. strawberries 7.Allow to cool on a cooling rack.8.
